GOMABCD™ is a plan of action that requires demonstration. This seven step process begins with introducing specific core values (i.e. trust, honor, respect) along with the theoretical components of the process (GOMA) essential for the arching success of any organization. Once these core values are understood in relation to ones specify industry, the model progresses to demonstration (ABCD) or application. By this method our process insures that the individual and organization both become more efficient in their daily tasks, while creating and nurturing positive employee and customer relationships.
GOMABCD™; our Seven-Step Process was developed by Dr. Deryl G. Hunt (founder and former President & CEO). GOMA, an acronym where G stands for goal, O for objective, M for method, and A for attitude, is united with ABCD, attitude, behavior; communication and discipline representing the theoretical (a belief, policy, or procedure followed as the basis of performing actions) & praxis (actual performance of tasks) of individual and organizational positive progression. This seven step process is the combination of GOMA which represents the “ideas” of company progression, better productivity, etc and “ABCD” represents taking those ideas and practicing them. Attitude, embodies both theory and practice and serves as the pivotal point at which individuals and or organizations are encouraged to make “a right turn;” to move beyond the “talk” of theory and to move to the process of actually demonstrating specific core values of integrity, accountability and openness, trust, honor, and respect in the workplace environment. This process is useful in transforming individuals and organizations into entities that are more comprehensive in their outlook and application..
