The ICB Approach™ is a comprehensive system created as an alternative means for delivering programs and services in a fair and equitable manner. The ICB Approach™ was developed by Dr. Deryl G. Hunt, founder and former President and CEO of ICB Productions. This system  is comprised of The Ellison Model (TEM™) and our seven step process GOMABCD™; individual components linked to help individuals and organizations become more productive in their personal and professional pursuits.

Within the structure of the ICB Approach™ lies a complete development solution from unifying organizations and developing human capital.   The system was also designed to evaluate and diagnose performance issue while providing best practice resolutions that ultimately position any organization to increase their bottom line goals.
