A Lens of Assessment
The Ellison Model™ or (TEM™) is a philosophy, model or concept. It is a tool of assessment that can be used as a lens to view situations, people, organizations, actions, attitudes and make honest judgments based upon a set of predefined criteria. It was created by Dr. Deryl G. Hunt (Founder and former President and CEO; ICB Productions Inc.) TEM™ was developed to help individuals and organizations become more efficient and productive in their personal and or professional endeavors. The primary goal of TEM™ is on establishing positive relationships that accentuate teamwork, consistent workflow and accountability from personnel.
TEM™ is unique in that its underlining value system is bolstered by the demonstration of the model. The Ellison Model is a culture that stresses integrity, accountability, and consistency. When practiced, organizations become more efficient and productive. TEM’s™ impetus is its Five Foci™ A series of components aimed at maximizing soft skill development in an organizations workforce.
The Ellison Model™ unifies people on a individual and personal level, professional and organizational level as well as on a community and global level. Although TEM™ can be used in any application or organization, ICB Productions has carved out a niche in developing tools for the business, educational, religious, and governmental organizations.
